She has specialized in a wide array of real estate projects, including residential sales, land development, market segmentation and demographics studies, subdivision and property management, and marketing strategy implementation.

Jessica combines her love of education with a passion for real estate through her instruction of Idaho Real Estate Commission-certified courses offered to real estate licensees and those seeking a real estate license in Idaho. She holds a bachelor's degree in marketing from Boise State University and an MBA from Northwest Nazarene University. She uses her business background to strategically market properties and navigate the complex financial aspects of the real estate market.
